The Palace built by Maharaja Sawai Man Singh II in 1920 and is rated among the most luxurious and finest palaces of the country. It is built in Indo- Saracenic style and was designed by a British architect. Later on, several additions were made for beautifying the palace. In 1958, It was converted in to a "Palace Hotel". The palace has also the distinction of being the only private residence in the world with own Polo Ground.
